You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- • Product is unused and in original packaging
• To initiate a return, contact us with your order ID and product images/videos.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

- • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible
- • Opened or used toys may not qualify for return, especially hygiene-sensitive items
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method
- • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or store credit
- • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
- • Shipping charges: non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect
