You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • • Product is unused and in original packaging

• To initiate a return, contact us with your order ID and product images/videos.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible
  • • Opened or used toys may not qualify for return, especially hygiene-sensitive items

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method
  • • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or store credit
